A key milestone is the pilot of Reusables.com's SmartMedia™ platform, which transforms Smart Return Bins into interactive touchpoints for promoting campus programming, events, and sustainability messaging. Early pilots—supported by Amazon Web Services and featuring high-engagement on-screen content—showed strong stopping power, sponsor value, and real-time visibility into reuse metrics. With these enhancements, the institution is targeting 100,000 reuses annually and 99% campuswide participation for the 2025–26 academic year—ambitious goals made more achievable through Tap-to-Reuse™, Smart Return Bins, and SmartMedia’s ability to engage users and sponsors alike.​
